This is integrated system for cattle food mixer controll. Based on A2 industrial PC produced by Electronis Design, Belgrade. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

STARTUP           

Factroy of cattle food "SUNCE" is one of the 3 biggest cattle food manufactures in this part Seerbia. Until now, process of components measure during production was correct in terms of precision, but very slow because every component was mechanicaly measured by worker which needs a large amount of time.

In the same time "SUNCE" participated in establishing HACCP and ISO9001 standard in food producing so automatization was one of the "natural" phases in standard implementation. Via automatization we rise precision, speed, papirology which is needed by ISO and HACCP.

CONTROLLER 

Whole controller is phisicaly realised in hermeticly seald industrial box 750x1500x350 mm. All process parameters are editable by external numeric keyboard and touch screen panel.
